Youth Ministry

Ignited we stand...to fan the flame...and bring light into the world.

What Is Crossfire?

Crossfire is the youth ministry of Mountain View Fellowship. Our goal at Crossfire is to impact the youth of Heber Valley by introducing them to the transforming power of Jesus Christ, utilizing God's word as a life-map, and encouraging them to be a witness of Jesus in every area of their lives!

When does Crossfire meet?

We meet on Wednesday nights in the Mountain View Fellowship sanctuary from 6:30pm-8:30pm.

What does a Wednesday night look like?

We have made it our aim to create an atmosphere where every student feels welcome and Jesus is the focus. We begin Wednesday nights by worshipping Jesus in song, followed by a devotional or lesson by a leader. We then enter into the core of Wednesday nights, our small groups. A "small group" is a time set apart each Wednesday night to grow deeper in our relationships with each other and with Jesus. It's an environment that encourages discussions, questions, and time to pray for each other.

Who can be a part of Crossfire?

Crossfire is open to students ages 12-18, or 7th-12th grade.

Is there anything I should know about Crossfire?

Yes! Each summer, our youth and youth leaders venture a short 45 minutes into the mountains of Wanship for our Summer Camp at Big Canyon Ranch for a week-long escape from everyday life. The enire week we focus on each other and on Jesus Christ! This camp is anything but boring! It is filled with kayaking, hiking, rope swinging, rock climbing, and much, much more!
