She has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Fitness and she has a strong passion for helping people be healthy and happy. This class includes stretching, abdominal, oblique, lower back, strength and balance work. BRING YOUR OWN MAT.

Adult Prom Fundraiser

The student ministries of Mountain Life Church and Mountain View Fellowship present Adult Prom: A Night in New Orleans! We have joined together to throw the most incredible fundraiser of all time! MLC and MVF are raising money to participate in the EFCA Challenge 2012 youth conference in New Orleans, LA, followed by a 5 day mission trip in downtown New Orleans with Urban Impact.
Come by the bayou for elegantly catered Cajun desserts, and dance like it was 1984. Snap a photo with your loved one, and get back to the party. Come dressed in proper "prom" attire (decade optional!).
